To get this merit is not a simple as you might think
You can only get it when shoplifting from the jewellery store while
Both the Cameras and the Guards are disabled.
And this doesn't happen as often as you think, and they are both not offline for very long.
So I have written a function that will send you a Discord message when the jewellery store security changes.
When both are disabled, you get a more noticeable message
I know there are scripts that can do this as well, that require me to be on my device on the page
So you can get notified even while offline for a quick shoplifting

To use this service you need to do the following.
1) login with a Minimum Public Access API.
2) Under your settings enter your discord ID.
3) Come BAck to this page and turn on the notification
4) When you are done with merrit come back and turn it off
